Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team, focused on expanding our eCommerce enabler services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, client management, and eCommerce, who can confidently pitch to brands and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new brand partners, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that help clients scale their online presence across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential brand partners and clients for the company's eCommerce enabler services.
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches and service presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions can drive their online growth.
  • Build strong pipelines through lead generation, networking, and client referrals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing accounts, acting as a key point of contact throughout onboarding and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and Creative) to ensure seamless client experience from pitch to execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for internal and client presentations.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in an eCommerce or digital services environment.
  • Proven track record in acquiring clients, hitting sales targets, and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify) and digital sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
