Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS and HR services (such as ATS, CRM, LMS, and talent-related solutions). The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of corporate and enterprise sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and manage new client relationships across various industries.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential organizations; develop marketing decks and presentations to generate leads.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct B2B presentations of SaaS and HR solutions, identifying business opportunities and driving conversions.
  • Post-Sales Support: Monitor ROI for customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Event & Opportunity Development: Identify sales opportunities through events, conferences, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Take on additional responsibilities as needed by the organization, adapting to emerging business needs and delivering innovative solutions beyond standard duties.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans with periodic reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities.
Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including the sales pipeline and conversion reports.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales within SaaS and HR services.
  • Individual contributor with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience: Strong background in corporate/enterprise sales, telesales, account management, category management, and business development. Experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or HR services (Talent Acquisition or Talent Development) is a significant advantage.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
