We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Branch Manager who will play a key role in ensuring efficient, seamless, and customer-centric operations for our walk-in applicants and driver-partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the verification and processing of driver-partner applications.
  • Supervise cashiering operations and gear sales transactions.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and proper cash handling procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Gather, analyze, and act on feedback and operational data to continuously improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and create proactive solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with Driver Management, Marketing, Product Development, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Perform other related duties to support the success of the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in operations, retail, logistics, or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong background in customer-facing operations and cash handling.
  • Skilled in managing both administrative and frontline teams.
  • Proficient in basic reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro with a 6-day workweek.
