We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Mindanao to lead regional sales operations, build high-performing teams, and expand the company's presence across the Mindanao region.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage sales operations and performance of multiple branches across Mindanao.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to deliver consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales leadership or regional management.
  • Proven track record in retail, distribution, or consumer goods sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-branch sales teams and drive regional growth.
  • Willing to travel frequently across the Mindanao region.
