- Ensure to hit sales performance targets both service and product sales.
- Performs all waxing services to clients by providing client satisfaction.
- Performs excellent customer experience for retention and attracts possible clients.
- Performs waxing standards based on wax consumption and service time.
- Ensures that the cubicles are well maintained, clean at all times before and after duty. Assists other team members in daily housekeeping (grease trap cleaning, waste disposal, wall cleaning etc).
- Assist the Branch Supervisor in sales deposit to accredited bank, product monitoring and inventory reports.
- Assume/assist the Branch Supervisors (temporary) responsibility in her absence to effectively manage and lead the branch.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
- High school graduate qualification is required for this role.
