DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operational Oversight & Compliance
- Oversees daily operations of all assigned branches to ensure smooth and efficient business flow.
- Conducts regular branch visits and spot checks to verify compliance with operational standards, company policies, and brand guidelines.
- Reviews and validates audit findings across branches, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitors branch schedules, manpower deployment, and attendance to ensure sufficient coverage and compliance with labor guidelines.
- Reviews and approves overtime requests based on operational requirements and budget considerations.
- Ensures branch facilities are well-maintained and that safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards are consistently met.
2. Operational Efficiency & Performance Management
- Analyzes branch performance metrics such as sales, productivity, and operational efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provides operational support to branches, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and procedures.
- Coordinates with Operations in resolving escalated operational concerns and ensuring business continuity.
- Monitors inventory management, order fulfillment, and loss prevention across branches to ensure accuracy and control.
3. Audit & Compliance Management
- Ensures that all branches adhere to internal audit procedures, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Acts promptly on audit observations, implementing necessary corrective measures and monitoring compliance.
- Promotes a culture of accountability and integrity across all branches under supervision.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervises and supports Operations Supervisors and branch teams within the assigned region.
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance leadership and operational capabilities.
- Oversees compliance with grooming standards, company discipline, and overall staff professionalism.
- Conducts performance reviews and identifies development needs of branch personnel.
- Facilitates communication between branches and the head office to ensure alignment of goals and updates.
5. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all branches.
- Addresses escalated customer issues and coordinates with relevant departments for proper resolution.
- Monitors and reinforces adherence to the company's service standards and brand promise.
6. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identifies operational gaps and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Prepares and submits regular performance and compliance reports to the Operations Manager.
- Assists in the rollout of new operational initiatives, systems, and policies within the region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
