Job Title: MSP Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We're helping a global Managed Service Provider (MSP) with offices in the US, UK, and Australia and offshore operations in the Philippines grow their team

As an MSP Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for IT infrastructure management, network support, and cybersecurity. You'll work with a dynamic global team, helping businesses stay secure, connected, and future-ready.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Support cybersecurity monitoring & data protection
  • Assist with cloud and backup/recovery solutions
  • Collaborate with teams across regions

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or MSP environments
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and cloud solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (preferred)
  • Microsoft or other IT certifications (a plus)
  • Based in the Philippines with stable internet connectivity
