This is a remote position.

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns in the IT and technology services space. In this role, you'll take the lead on executing data-driven SEM, SEO, and paid advertising strategies designed by external marketing experts—turning plans into measurable results. From managing Google AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns to creating compelling website content and overseeing budget allocations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving qualified leads and boosting brand visibility. If you have proven experience in digital marketing, an in-depth understanding of the Australian business landscape, and the ability to deliver real results within 3–6 months, we want to hear from you.


 Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Client TimeZone: Sydney, Australia

Scope:
  • Initial 3-6 month project-based engagement with potential for permanent placement
  • Remote work arrangement with potential for annual team visits
  • Access to established marketing tools, CRM systems, and advertising budgets
  • Collaboration with Australian-based junior BDM and external marketing strategy consultants
  • Focus on lead generation for MSP services targeting Australian and international markets
Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies developed by external marketing consultants
  • Manage and optimize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Create and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting business decision-makers
  • Write compelling website content and marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI objectives are met
  • Collaborate with junior BDM to ensure smooth lead hand-off and conversion processes
  • Manage marketing spend and budget allocation across various digital channels
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Strong background working with IT companies or technology service providers
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of the Australian market, particularly Brisbane and Sydney business landscape
  • Excellent English writing skills for content creation
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Senior to mid-level experience preferred (not entry-level)
  • Ability to deliver measurable results within 3-6 month timeframes
