Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Network Operation Center (NOC) specialist located in Cebu. The NOC specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing enterprise network appliances, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer network systems. Routine tasks include network administration, incident response, and collaboration with field service teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Computer Network Operations
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Proficiency in Network Administration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are advantageous
