Merville, Parañaque | Hybrid | Night Shift | 6-Month Contract (with possible extension)

About the Role

We are looking for an AskGS Experience Center Associate to join our Global Services team. This role provides customer support across multiple regions (ASPAC, EMEA, NA, LATAM) and functions (HR, Procurement, Payroll). You will handle inquiries, resolve cases, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, web, and other digital channels
  • Investigate, document, and resolve cases using case management tools
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support or vendors when needed
  • Ensure timely and quality resolution of customer requests
  • Encourage and guide users to maximize self-service options and systems
  • Track KPIs (CSAT, QA, SLA, AHT, Attendance) and maintain service excellence
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high-quality customer service
Qualifications
  • College Graduate (any field)
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and internet browsers
  • Experience with CRM tools (SalesForce/ServiceNow preferred) is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Work Setup & Details
  • Work Location: Merville, Parañaque
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite + work-from-home flexibility)
  • Schedule: Night Shift
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
  • Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 per month
