Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Office Administration or related course
  • At least one year of experience in general HR
  • Knowledgeable of using computer applications (i.e., MS Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and can work in minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment

►Responsible on end-to-end process of Recruitment process.

Employee Relations

►Responsible for the issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Action for direct Tambo based employees

►Issue Performance Evaluation Forms to department heads for probationary employees on their 3rd and 5th month

►Email separated (resigned/terminated/retrenched) employees to Payroll and Timekeeping for holding of last remuneration and benefits

►Accountable for changing to HRCM System (Sprout) any changes in employee information (Transfers, Promotions, Position Realignment, Demographic Info change, Employment Status, etc.) and as well as encoding offenses of all Tambo based employees

►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
