Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Process suppliers' invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify invoice details, purchase orders, and payment terms.
  • Maintain suppliers' records and respond to inquiries

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Generate and issue customer invoices.
  • Track incoming payments and update AR ledgers/records
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections.
  • Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Audit & Compliance Support:

  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for all financial transactions
  • Conduct a branch audit to ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
