Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer, based in Quezon City. The Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. Key tasks include monitoring budgets, reviewing financial documents for accuracy, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using financial software such as Servo (Hermes).
