About the Role:

We are a growing lending company looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to handle our banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple bank accounts, monitoring fund movements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in support of our lending activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bank transactions and maintain accurate records across multiple accounts
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ensure all entries are properly recorded
  • Monitor loan disbursements and collections in coordination with the operations team
  • Process fund transfers, deposits, and payments for company and client transactions
  • Maintain and update cash flow and fund monitoring reports
  • Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with banks regarding account concerns and financing arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in a lending or financial services company is an advantage)
  • Strong background in bank reconciliations, fund monitoring, and financial analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems/software
  • Keen attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
