KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Management & Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate posting of transactions, account reconciliations, and proper maintenance of financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Support internal and external audits through timely submission of documents and explanations.
2. Banking & Financing Operations
  • Handle loan documentation, credit evaluation, and loan performance monitoring.
  • Verify client creditworthiness and review financial documents to support credit decisions.
  • Manage collections, repayments, and financing schedules.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund transfers, loan facilities, interest computations, and account reconciliation.
3. Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and risk-mitigation procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory updates from the central bank and adjust practices as needed.
  • Support AML and KYC processes and documentation.
4. Treasury & Cash Management
  • Monitor daily cash position, liquidity status, and funding requirements.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, payments, collections, and cash flow optimization.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and assist in treasury planning and execution.
5. Operational Support
  • Provide financial analysis for business decisions, product evaluations, and investment assessments.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementation of financial tools or systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth financing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in a bank, financing company, or lending institution.
  • Background in loan operations, credit processing, financial analysis, or treasury functions preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, banking procedures, and credit processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel required).
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC and central bank rules.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
