Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company payables, fund disbursements, and budgeting activities.
  • Track and reconcile receivables from multiple distribution channels and help oversee collections.
  • Handle foreign currency purchases and facilitate payments to overseas suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the third-party accounting firm to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in payables or general accounting, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
