Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, departments, or external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management or leadership.
- Process Government requirements (i.g. Business Permit, BIR)
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general support to HR team and assist with organizing HR-related events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Admin, or related role in a manpower agency is a plus.
- Previous experience in dealing with Government Agencies.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools
- Willing to start ASAP
