  • Monitor attendance and manage timesheets for project staff.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly attendance reports.
  • Handle preparation and safekeeping of employment contracts and renewal documents.
  • Draft job offers and assist with recruitment documentation.
  • Support visa and AEP processing for Japanese employees.
  • Coordinate staff accommodation and related arrangements.
  • Handle basic purchasing tasks (preparing purchase orders).

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of HR & Admin work experience.
  • Preferably young and energetic, able to move quickly and multitask.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Basic administrative or HR experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (for internal coordination and simple email correspondence).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (on-site)
  • Saturday (sometimes only)
  • 8am to 5pm

Note: After joining, He/She must report to Ortigas for training then depending on the situation of the Project site, workplace might be in Paranaque or Ortigas or Project Site (staff house is provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
