HR/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate training sessions and keep training records up to date.
- Help manage employee benefits and respond to employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle daily office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or Admin role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work near Ortigas Center, Pasig City
