Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate training sessions and keep training records up to date.
  • Help manage employee benefits and respond to employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle daily office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or Admin role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Amenable to work near Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time
