Position: HR & ADMIN SPECIALIST

Requirement:

  1. Relevant HR or administration experience is preferred

  2. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility.

  3. Familiar with office software, such as word/excel/PPT

  4. Preferably lives in or near, or willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist HR Director in the head office for all aspects of the human resourcing related duties

  2. Employee attendance data maintenance

  3. Conduct candidate screening, interview, make hiring decision and the offer procedure

  4. Employee relations procedures, such as onboarding, offboarding, transfer, written warnings, termination, etc.

  5. Administrative Expense Management & Asset Procurement with Regular Inventory Control

  6. Other duties as assigned.
