Full job description
Polestrom Consulting is seeking a proactive, self-driven, and independent Admin Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in human resource functions, administrative operations, and supporting the company's financial processes. This position also includes building and maintaining a network of specialized professionals to support various projects. The role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources - Recruitment, Onboarding, Maintenance and Exit, including HR Policy Development
- Administrative Operations - Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and systems. Oversee procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and utilities. Together with the Finance and Admin Officer, ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements, including business permits and registrations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Basic Bookkeeping and Financial Support
- Specialist Partner Network Development - Identify, recruit, and maintain a database of specialist consultants and professionals in various fields relevant to infrastructure projects (e.g., engineers, financial analysts, legal experts).
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years in HR, administrative, or similar roles, ideally within consulting or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic accounting skills (payroll, expense tracking).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with HR or accounting software (a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
