Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms via chat and messaging.
  • Provide timely, friendly, and solution-oriented support before and after sales.
  • Manage order status, shipping updates, and return/refund requests.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce and operations team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collect and summarize customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and build long-term trust in the brand.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple customer chats at once.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to grow with a startup team.
