Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and strategies across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other social commerce channels. You will help boost brand visibility, drive online sales, and support day-to-day digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns for TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and KOLs to promote products.
  • Manage and update product listings, promotions, and visual assets on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Create short-form video content ideas and coordinate with content teams or creators for TikTok campaigns.
  • Monitor platform analytics, track performance metrics, and generate campaign reports.
  • Help manage promotional calendars for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11,
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback via social platforms, maintaining a strong brand presence.
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
  • Support other digital and offline marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.
  • Familiar with TikTok trends, short-form video formats, and social media best practices.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate campaigns.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager or Shopee Ads.
  • Familiarity with product feed optimization and keyword research.
  • Fluency in English.
