Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Staff member with strong skills in digital marketing and social media analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, executing online marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance across social media and digital channels to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Operations:

  • Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Assist in implementing promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Provide support in order fulfillment, returns, and customer service as needed.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns (email, influencer, paid ads).
  • Create content for product pages, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.

Social Media & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, engagement rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior.
  • Use data insights to recommend optimizations for content strategy, posting schedules, and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee).
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Can START ASAP in Marikina Office ( Concepcion)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,070.00 per month
