Overall Purpose:

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible in executing day-to-day e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for InLife Health Care.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Perform day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform.
  2. Convert leads to actual sales and establish new business opportunities generated through website, e-commerce site, and social media channels. Meet online sales plans and tracking monthly sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to (BPA, Information & Technology, Medical) ensure complete and timely order fulfillment. Monitor online feedback/reviews and recommend improvements to improve customer feedback. Manage and respond to customer feedback, disputes, and claims through digital interfaces.
  4. Assist with analysis of product performance reports and e-commerce best practices to arrive at recommendations on how to improve sales
  5. Monitor and maintain e-commerce metrics and standards. Implement strategies for improvement.

Challenges:

The jobholder must be highly organized and efficient in handling the task of conversion in the e-commerce platform.  The incumbent needs to utilize IHC's digital assets to engage potential customers and convert them to actual customers. Monitoring of platforms and dashboards and reporting of sales must be accurate. The E-Commerce Executive must be able to coordinate with different e-commerce stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed and customer experience is impeccable.

Position Requirements:

  • Education:  Relevant degree or equivalent experience in online marketing
  • Experience: Experience in telemarketing and knowledge in digital marketing. Able to interact in amiable manner with customers through IHC's digital assets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of retail business acumen and e-commerce best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working toward multiple deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organized and detail oriented in both managing tasks tracking
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task
  • Brand advocate who drives enthusiasm, momentum and collaboration around a shared vision for the e-commerce channels
