Job description:

HR SPECIALIST - RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates ready for deployment to clients.
  • Prepare job postings and recruitment materials for online platforms and job fairs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and maintain accurate applicant records.
  • Generate recruitment activity reports and participate in job fairs or career events.
  • Support employee onboarding and training coordination.
  • Address employee inquiries, provide guidance on company policies, and support conflict resolution.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support HR operations by ensuring smooth workflows and assisting in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage billing processes related to recruitment services, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Keep detailed billing and transaction records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance checks within the HR department.
  • Handle HMO and life insurance processes including enrollments, claims, cancellations, and updates.
  • Educate employees on benefit packages and address benefits-related queries.
  • Research and recommend better employee benefit options and coordinate with providers.
  • Maintain complete and updated employee benefits records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
