ARTON is a premier architectural and construction firm based in Mandaluyong City, specializing in the design and delivery of bespoke high-end residential properties and refined commercial office fit-outs. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and office fit-out markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, real estate professionals, corporate offices, and design consultants.
- Collaborate with senior management and the design team to tailor proposals and presentations based on client needs and project type.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify gaps in the market.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, RFP responses, and business proposals.
- Represent ARTON in networking events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, project leads, conversion rates, and business development KPIs.
Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, social media content, and brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction services, particularly in residential and office fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to do client site visits and attend external meetings/events as needed
Work Set-Up: Onsite (Face to Face Interview)
Location: Ortigas East, Pasig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
