Business Development Specialist

To identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for the company through lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management. The Business Development Specialist plays a key role in expanding the company's franchise network and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the business acquisition process.
- Identify and qualify potential franchise leads through various platforms and channels.
- Conduct follow-ups, calls, and meetings with prospects to present business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead database and pipeline status regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Assist clients throughout the franchise application and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flow and client satisfaction.
- Conduct business presentations, orientations, and franchise seminars.
- Prepare and present franchise proposals and related materials to interested clients.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of franchise application documents.
- Track and report the progress of leads, client feedback, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and promotions for lead generation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.
- Assist during franchise events, roadshows, and business expos.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Business Development Head or management.
