To identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for the company through lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management. The Business Development Specialist plays a key role in expanding the company's franchise network and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the business acquisition process.

  • Identify and qualify potential franchise leads through various platforms and channels.
  • Conduct follow-ups, calls, and meetings with prospects to present business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead database and pipeline status regularly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Assist clients throughout the franchise application and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flow and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct business presentations, orientations, and franchise seminars.
  • Prepare and present franchise proposals and related materials to interested clients.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of franchise application documents.
  • Track and report the progress of leads, client feedback, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and promotions for lead generation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.
  • Assist during franchise events, roadshows, and business expos.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Business Development Head or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
