Executive Virtual Assistant/Concierge Customer Service

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant who will be providing support to our clients as Executive Assistant, Concierge, and Customer Service. If you see yourself fit for this position, please scan the details below
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up action items
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights, ensuring cost-efficiency and schedule alignment
- Maintain and organize digital files systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive document
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems to reflect client interactions and lead qualifications
- Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about products and services
- Identify and qualify leads based on client criteria and ensure they are passed on to the appropriate team
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Knowledge of calendar management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
