We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying qualified leads for our clients while providing exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for concierge and customer service, a knack for building rapport, and a results-driven mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Identify and qualify leads based on client criteria and ensure they are passed on to the appropriate team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs to tailor solutions effectively.
Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems to reflect client interactions and lead qualifications.
Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback and proactive problem-solving.
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Requirements:
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Experience in lead qualification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.

- Must be flexible with changing shifts
- This is home-based
- Your rate will be ₱22, ₱24,000.00 per month
