Job Description: You'll be the organizational backbone for a thriving international network marketing business, handling the essential backend operations that keep everything running smoothly. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative efficiency and creative marketing support, allowing the business owner to focus on what they do best – building relationships and leading their team. You'll work directly with the owner to streamline processes, create engaging marketing materials, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple countries and time zones.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Mon - Fri: 5pm - 9pm MST

Client Timezone: Mountain Time (Calgary, Canada)

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate calls and appointments across multiple international time zones
  • Create compelling team incentive flyers and marketing materials using Canva
  • Manage team recognition programs and coordinate gift fulfillment and delivery
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for a busy executive
  • Support backend administrative operations to free up owner's time for client-facing work
  • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate communications and logistics across Canada, US, UK, and Australia markets
  • Maintain organized systems for team management and business operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials and visual content
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with scheduling and appointment coordination across time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bonus if you have marketing background or experience in network marketing/direct sales
  • It helps if you're comfortable with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting executives or business owners

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
