In this role, you will manage all incoming calls and provide essential administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 40,000-45,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Toronto) with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all inbound phone calls professionally.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments and team members.
  • Prepare and compile reports for weekly company meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and bookkeeping functions.
  • Handle various routine administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various administrative responsibilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Availability to work full-time hours aligned with Toronto business hours.
