Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a well-established UK marketing agency. This role combines hands-on marketing execution with structured administrative support, helping streamline communication, campaign coordination, and data organization across multiple accounts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing diverse tasks in a dynamic agency environment. You'll handle a mix of marketing operations, content support, and administrative coordination, ensuring efficiency and clarity across the team.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: Php
- Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Manage and filter email communications across three different account inboxes.
- Provide concise summaries of key email content and filter out irrelevant communications.
- Create basic graphic content using Canva, assembling provided imagery and templates.
- Write basic copy based on existing templates and brand guidelines.
- Conduct outreach activities by applying to freelance opportunities on Indeed and similar platforms.
- Customize and rewrite cover letters to align with specific business requirements.
- Create simple social media posts by adding images and text to templates.
- Perform data entry and analysis tasks, including updating spreadsheets with paid advertising variables and metrics.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Previous experience working within a marketing agency environment (preferred).
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media content creation and basic copywriting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple email accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with job boards like Indeed for outreach purposes.
- Basic data analysis and spreadsheet management skills.
