Full Time Sales Development Representative
* Pre-qualify leads by following a proven script and asking the right questions to determine if they meet our criteria.
* Build rapport with prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
* Schedule appointments for our Sales team, ensuring a smooth and effective handoff.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to continually refine our process and improve results.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting or telemarketing.
* Communication: You have exceptional communication skills and a courteous phone manner.
* Attention to Detail: You're meticulous with your notes and record-keeping, ensuring no detail is missed.
* Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with MS Office Suite and a CRM system.
* Independent & Adaptable: You can work independently and solve problems on the fly while also thriving as part of a team.
