Role Description

You are someone who has always excellent at sales, with exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and over the phone. You understand business strategy, and have a keen eye towards noticing and developing untapped potential. You know how to use CRM tools, you understand email outreach and sales campaigns. You speak English fluently and have a strong feel for the United States market. In brief, you want to make a difference by creating business growth and reaping the rewards of that growth.

This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Assistant. The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for sales outreach (email, phone, social media, and other), analyzing data, and making business growth happen. The goal is to grow the company and gain market share by exploiting opportunities. Daily tasks include doing sales presentations, developing and executing sales and business development strategies, implementing and running sales tech like CRM and email outreach tools, and supporting the management and marketing teams in identifying and engaging new business opportunities.

This is a ground floor position with tremendous room for influence, expansion, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Sales experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research
  • An understanding of how to develop unrealized potential in a company
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal:
    must be fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
