Job Title: Sales & Lead Development Specialist – Full-Time

Location: Remote (Serving Arizona, Florida, and Texas)

Salary: Up to $6/hr + Commission per closed deal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join our growing real estate investment team We help homeowners navigate property sales during life events such as probate or financial distress. Work remotely while making a real impact and earning commission on closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation Specialist:

  • Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) with new leads and research prospects
  • Verify leads via LinkedIn, Zoominfo, social media, and online resources
  • Track, report, and analyze CRM metrics weekly (calls, proposals, leads, conversions)
  • Assist with sales blitz planning, contact mapping, and preparing sales materials
  • Ensure consistent branding and manage material inventory across locations

2. Business Development Representative:

  • Engage with homeowners empathetically to qualify leads and assess interest in selling
  • Collaborate with acquisitions and sales teams to ensure smooth lead transitions
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and follow up consistently
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups using CRM, Go High Level, or Calendly
  • Support outbound calls using pre-qualified lead lists and communicate effectively with potential sellers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or real estate preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with homeowners
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and online research
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
