Role Description
The
Human Resource Manager
is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role oversees two key HR divisions—
Transactional HR
(Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Labor Relations) and
Transformational HR
(Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development)—ensuring that HR practices drive business success and foster a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Other:
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
- Expertise in HR systems, data analytics, and KPI measurement for driving performance.
- Employee Relations skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
