- Accountable for all functional areas of HR
- Orientation
- Ensures policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
- Assists in the development, management, and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining to governmental regulations.
- maintains Human Resource information System records and compiles reports from database as needed
- Performs other related duties as required assigned
Requirements:
- Wiling to travel
- Self-motivated
- Understands the importance and responsibilities of the Human Resource function
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology
- 1-2 years supervisory experience handling different HR Functional areas preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, managers and individuals outside of the department at all levels of the company
- Strong organizational skills and is keen to details
- Have excellent communication skills
- proficient in MS applications
