Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant specializing in Employee Relations to support day-to-day ER activities and help maintain a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. The role requires hands-on experience in grievance handling, employee counseling, and application of labor laws. This position is on-site, 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and documentation of employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary cases.
  • Participate in and support grievance hearings, employee meetings, and case resolution processes.
  • Conduct employee counseling sessions for work behavior, attendance issues, and conflict concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices are consistent with Philippine Labor Laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain ER-related reports, case files, notices, and other documentation.
  • Support investigations involving workplace complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Assist in implementing ER programs that promote employee engagement and workplace harmony.
  • Provide general HR support when needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of actual work experience (not internship) in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, basic due process, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience in handling grievances, attending hearings, and conducting employee counseling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
