  2. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and healthcare markets.

  3. Forge and sustain strong relationships with corporate partners, medical affiliates, and community stakeholders.
  4. Prepare, present, and deliver persuasive proposals, business plans, and pitches to clients and organizations.
  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements aligned with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

  6. Draft, review, and recommend policies, contracts, and agreements relevant to business development and compliance with healthcare laws.

  7. Marketing & Communications

  8. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.

  9. Lead the creation of marketing content for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  10. Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and visibility.
  11. Oversee the hospital website, online presence, and reputation management.
  12. Plan, organize, and execute hospital events, health fairs, community outreach programs, and corporate activities.
  13. Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers for promotional activities.
  14. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and patient insights analysis to guide decision-making.

  15. Strengthen the hospital's brand identity and reputation as a premier medical institution in the region.

  16. Strategic & Operational Leadership

  17. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to align marketing and business development objectives with the hospital's mission and vision.

  18. Draft and implement internal policies that enhance operational efficiency in marketing and business development functions.
  19. Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and business initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  20. Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  21. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating authority, empathy, and accountability as a leader.

  22. Represent the hospital in industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings to enhance institutional visibility.

  23. Other Duties

  24. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or top management,

  25. consistent with the objectives of the position and organizational goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
