TALENT ACQUISITION STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course, Human Resource/BS/AB Psychology is a plus
- Must have at least 6 months to 1-year of minimum experience in the same field
- Male or Female
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Keen to detail and organize
- Has strong analytic and decision-making skills
Job Description:
- Shall design and implement overall recruitment strategy;
- Shall develop and update the job description and job specifications;
- Shall partner with the department managers to determine staffing needs;
- Shall determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
- Shall attract applicants by posting job advertisement in different online platforms;
- Shall determine applicant qualifications by screening resumes, and job applications, interviewing through a phone call, analyzing responses, verifying references, the conduct of background investigations of applicants, and comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Shall interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (Junior, Senior, Executive);
- Shall conduct examination and assessment of qualified applicants;
- Shall monitor and update assigned google sheet;
- Shall coordinate with external organizations/groups to share recruiter strategy and insight for future experiences;
- Shall monitor and update candidates' documents throughout the hiring process;
- Shall coordinate with department personnel in endorsing applicants for further evaluation and trainings;
- Shall monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Shall submit weekly & monthly reports;
- Shall accomplish manpower targets and organizational mission by completing the performances indicators of acquisition to achieve desired results;
- Shall perform justifiable duties and other functions that may be assigned by the Head Office and/or Management
