Sales Enablement & Performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and provide actionable insight into sales health (conversion rates, cycle time, win/lose analysis).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance and other functions to align sales efforts and operations.
  • Oversee territory design (if relevant), sales team support, quotas, and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Ensure sales systems (CRM, dashboards, analytics) are accurate, adopted and optimized.

    Provide training/coaching for sales/operations teams, identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
Operations & Process Management
  • Define and standardize operational processes for order fulfilment, lead to cash, customer onboarding, inventory/stock (if retail/physical goods), and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (costs, cycle times, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction) and lead initiatives to improve them.
  • Manage or coordinate the operational budget, resources, staffing, and vendor/supplier relationships (as applicable).
  • Ensure that tools/systems (ERP, CRM, data management) support both sales and operations, and that data integrity is maintained
