About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Virtual Assistant who is confident, professional, and communicates clearly and fluently in English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting business communications, participating in calls and Zoom meetings, and keeping day-to-day operations organized.
You will assist with phone calls and Zoom meetings, help coordinate follow-ups, and support the team with file organization, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, a professional presence, and comfort using AI and cloud-based tools are important for success in this role.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, customer-facing roles, and business communication.
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Drive.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to use Canva for simple image creation and editing.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, including experience with ChatGPT or Gemini for writing, editing, and basic strategy support.
- Ability to work during California daytime hours.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a backup plan.
- Friendly, positive, and energetic; enjoyable to work with and comfortable interacting with others.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep information well structured.
- Able to meet deadlines and handle work pressure effectively.
- Quiet home workspace suitable for professional calls and meetings.
