Weekly Hours: 20 hours (4 hours per day)
Job Responsibilities: Financial & Administrative Virtual Professional
- Monitor outstanding invoices and conduct timely follow-ups for pending payments.
- Track payments received and update financial logs and trackers.
- Send payment reminders and verify client payment status.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies, disputes, or concerns.
Administrative Follow-Up
- Confirm schedules, appointments, and important deadlines on behalf of the client.
- Send follow-up emails and coordinate communication between clients, teams, or vendors.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate the collection, completion, and submission of required documents.
Reports & Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries for review.
- Generate aging reports for outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.
- Track expenses, reimbursements, and financial activities.
- Maintain detailed payment logs and financial updates.
Client Communication
- Follow up on pending approvals, missing information, or client confirmations.
- Address billing questions, disputes, or requests for clarification.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication to support smooth operations.
Documentation Management
- Organize and maintain digital files including receipts, invoices, contracts, and billing forms.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Keep financial and administrative documentation updated for auditing and reporting purposes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
