Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients, providing support through emails and phone calls
  • Managing the onboarding of new clients
  • Collaborating with team members regarding status information relating to your clients' projects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proficient with Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Great Customer Service Experience
  • A driven, self-motivated and positive personality
  • The ability to consistently meet and exceed set targets
  • A highly organised mindset and the ability to manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • A solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the company
  • It will be highly regarded if you have an understanding of the digital space, Google products including online reviews, and SaaS products
  • Experience in dispute resolution and subscription retention, preferably with a background in SaaS, especially in handling subscription and billing disputes.

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila Time
