CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) — ALPS TECHNOLOGIES
At ALPS Technologies, we grow success through long-term partnerships. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll lead our Client Success team, manage key accounts, and ensure clients achieve lasting value from our solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor Client Success Officers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Drive retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and quarterly reviews.
- Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
- Track client satisfaction and usage metrics.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 5+ years in client success/account management.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- ITSM tool experience (Freshservice a plus).
- Certifications (ITIL, CSM, etc.) are an advantage.
