CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) — ALPS TECHNOLOGIES

At ALPS Technologies, we grow success through long-term partnerships. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll lead our Client Success team, manage key accounts, and ensure clients achieve lasting value from our solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor Client Success Officers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Drive retention, renewals, and account growth.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and quarterly reviews.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
  • Track client satisfaction and usage metrics.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 5+ years in client success/account management.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • ITSM tool experience (Freshservice a plus).
  • Certifications (ITIL, CSM, etc.) are an advantage.
