This is a remote position.

Are you passionate about social media and influencer marketing? We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Influencer Outreach & Brand Partnerships Assistant. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our influencer partnerships—researching potential collaborators, executing outreach campaigns, and managing the entire engagement process from initial contact to product fulfillment. Scopes:

  • Work involves both platform-based outreach (using existing contact lists) and independent research (finding new influencers)
  • No direct communication with warehouses or factories required
  • Focus on front-end partnership facilitation rather than backend logistics
  • Potential for role expansion based on performance and business needs
Responsibilities:
  • Execute influencer outreach campaigns using established platform tools and messaging templates
  • Send templated messages to lists of potential influencer partners through the company's outreach platform
  • Manage follow-up communications when influencers express interest in partnerships
  • Present clothing collection options to interested influencers based on provided templates
  • Process and input influencer product selections into the company's Shopify system for warehouse fulfillment
  • Conduct Instagram-based influencer research and outreach following specific brand guidelines
  • Identify potential influencer partners who match the brand's aesthetic and account requirements
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities and partnership progress
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce systems (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach
  • Ability to assess visual content and brand alignment based on provided guidelines
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and template-based work
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for platform access
