Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the creative force behind building brand awareness for a game-changing fintech payment application. You'll spearhead comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, creating compelling content that showcases innovative payment technology while building meaningful connections with influencers and media outlets. This role combines creative content development with strategic marketing execution, allowing you to demonstrate measurable impact on business growth while working with cutting-edge financial technology that's transforming e-commerce payments.

Responsibilities
  • Create and edit engaging demo and tutorial videos that showcase the payment application's features and functionality
  • Develop high-quality visual content including professionally edited photos and promotional materials
  • Produce compelling posts and videos across all major social media platforms to drive brand awareness
  • Design demonstration content that clearly explains how the payment app works and its key benefits
  • Create instructional materials to support user onboarding and customer success
  • Develop comprehensive tutorials showing users how to integrate the payment solution with their Shopify stores
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns to news outlets and media organizations for collaboration opportunities and feature stories
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers for partnership opportunities and brand amplification
  • Manage social media engagement and foster community building activities
  • Drive marketing initiatives focused on increasing online visibility and brand recognition
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation with demonstrable results
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Strong background in creating demo and tutorial content that effectively communicates complex concepts
  • Experience with influencer outreach and media relations, including relationship building and campaign management
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices across multiple channels
  • Ability to work full-time hours during Eastern Time business hours with reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication skills for customer onboarding assistance and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience with fintech, e-commerce, or payment processing industries is a plus
  • Creative mindset with ability to translate technical features into engaging, accessible content
