Influencer Management

Kamilas4am is a startup that is growing rapidly. We need someone who can enjoy this journey while catching up on the speed of the founders. This job is not for everyone and if you are looking for a 9am-5pm corporate job, this is not the place. Please, don't apply. The Influencer Marketer will help grow brand awareness by building and managing relationships with influencers in the Philippines and internationally. The role covers influencer outreach, campaign planning, and tracking results.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and approach influencers (PH and international).
  • Create and execute influencer outreach and campaign plans.
  • Negotiate collaborations and manage deliverables.
  • Track and report campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience in the related field
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in influencer or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Organized, creative, and proactive.

Salary and setup

  • 30k-60k pesos
  • Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Output-based
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • Flexibility for onsite work but hybrid can be possible if the output is great. Usually the training stage will be mainly onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
