  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to address customer needs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address complex customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications to manage customer information
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the non-toxic industry
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in English and the local language is required
